Let's Talk Success
"If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with success unexpected in common hours."-- Henry David Thoreau
I always really loved this quote. To me it really is the definition of success.
When we boil it down, we all have different definitions for what we believe success is. If some young man or woman has always wanted to be a house husband or house wife and they are now doing just that, loving every minute of it, and doing an incredible job at it. They are a success.
If someone has wanted to get themselves out of the rat race and really kick butt in life, creating a life that they want, not what others want. And they're currently doing just that, loving it, and being awesome at it. They are a success.
If someone is an athlete and their goal isn't necessarily winning the big one, but instead having a long and amazing career that allowed them to grow into the person they wanted to become; and that's what they're doing. That person is a success.
Success comes in many different ways. For some it's having a stable job, for others it's creating their own businesses and taking risks. For some it's having children, for others it's not. For some it's being rich beyond their wildest dreams, for other's, they couldn't care less.
The key is knowing what you're definition of success is, and then taking the actions that you need to create the life of your dreams. Regardless of what anyone else thinks, believes, feels or says.
As Thoreau says in the definition above, if you advance confidently in the direction of YOUR dreams and endeavor to live the life which YOU have imagined; that's when you'll meet YOUR success.
It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about it. It's not between you and them. It's all about what your hopes and dreams are.
Now, go out there and create your dream life.

The Law Of Attraction, Awesome or Bullspit?
In the world of self-help there has been no bigger theme then the Law of Attraction. I'm sure by now you've all heard about it. The book, "The Secret" really opened up a lot of people to it. But, it's actually been talked about, used and debated about for eons.
But, is it really all that it's cracked up to be or is it all just a big pile of bullspit?
Or, is it both depending on how you look at it?
I'd say the latter.
The way that most people tend to use this law is a waste of time.
Most people read a book on it and then they follow this type of procedure:
I'm going to set my intention for what I want, let the universe know I'm ready for it.
Now that I've set my intention I'm going to send a lot of happy, positive and loving thoughts towards the goal.
Alright, I've done that so I'm now going to sit on my ass and let the universe hand deliver what I want. I've done my part, now it's the universe's job.
And this is when it becomes bullspit.
Let's face it, if you good set out an intention to make $1,000,000.00 or to lose your beer belly, or what ever it is that you want and magically get it everyone in the world would be ripped and wealthy.
However, that's not how the universe works.
Everyone seems to forget that the next part of the Law of Attraction is to take action and follow the Law of Practice.
In other words, you set your intention, send good thoughts, then you go out there and work you ass of to get what you want.
When the universe gives you inspiration on how to get what you want, you don't think about it, you take it by the balls and run with it.
You want to make a million dollars and have a thriving home business, great. Set your intention and then take the action to find and/or create the circumstances that you need to become a millionaire.
You want to lose your beer belly and see your abs. Start wolfing down the protein, screw the carbs, and lift a bunch of heavy crap. In your off time feel free to sprint some hills.
The Law of Attraction does work, but it's not a magic pill. It requires you to put in the work to create your world and to have you actively participate in it.
Now, go out and create your greatness. If you're looking for some good help to reach your goals feel free to contact me at b_stepan@aol.com

What I'm All About
I'll admit it. I may come across as slightly arrogant here or there, but it's simply because I've been blessed with the most amazing life that I could ever imagine. I've been a successful business man and am making a wonderful living doing the things that I love, and helping thousands of others to do the same. I'm healthy, fit, ripped and strong. I have amazing friends and family and I'm married to the most amazing woman in the world. She continually inspires and amazes me everyday. I'm not saying all of this to brag or boast but to show how grateful I truly am for everything that I have and for everything that I'm creating.
But I couldn't have done any of it without the help of amazing coaches, wonderful mentors, and incredible teachers. People like Dr. Joe Vitale, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Randy Gage, Ryan Lee, and more. These wonderful people that have really taken their time and taught the lessons that I needed to learn to become who I have become and who I am becoming.
And that brings me to the true meaning of this blog.
Now it's my turn to really make a difference and help you as much or more than my coaches have helped me.
I'm a true believer in the pillars. Being strong physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially. And that's what this blog is all about.
It's all about helping you to reach your potential in all areas of your life and to truly live the life that you've dreamed about and longed for.
We're going to talk about how to be healthy, strong and fit with a body that you are proud of.
We're going to talk about how to have incredible confidence, self-esteem, inner peace and unreasonable happiness.
We're going to talk about how to make a ton of money and live a life of abundance and affluence.
Why?
Let's face it, if you're in shape and healthy, with great relationships but you're struggling to pay the bills you're probably not going to be happy and at peace.
Also, if you're richer than God but sickly and lonely, you're going to be miserable.
So, why not have it all?
Why not be fit and strong, healthy and vibrant, rick and wealthy, and have the greatest relationships that you can?
Wouldn't that be an amazing thing.
That's what I'm here to help you do and that's what this blog is for.
I'll be cheering for you on your journey.
Yours in affluence,
Brett Stepan
